Return Process

  Locate the return form included on your packing slip or visit our online portal to print a new return authorization label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid EZ Return label provided in your shipment to the outside of the box, or use your preferred carrier to send it to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange items.
